【国际部】五彩祈福，“艾”意浓浓

Blessing with Colourful Bracelets, Full of Love

　　“五月五，是端阳。门插艾，香满堂。吃粽子，撒白糖……”在端午节即将到来之际，哈美加外校于学书校长、国际部刘羽霞校长与中、外教们为即将走出国门踏上留学之路的国际部学子们送来了哈美加外校校园沃土培育的艾草并亲手佩戴了象征着健康吉祥的五彩绳，希望并祝福美加学子们在更加广阔的国际化舞台上绽放自己。

　　May 5th in the lunar calendar is the Dragon Boat Festival. Hang Ay Tsao on the front door and the fragrance will fill the whole room. Eat Zongzi with sugar. On the occasion of the Dragon Boat Festival, Yu Xueshu, the president of HACFLS, Liu Yuxia, the president of the International Department of HACFLS, together with Chinese and foreign teachers have brought students who are on their way to study abroad with Ay Tsao which grows on our campus and personally wore colorful bracelets symbolizing health and auspiciousness for the students. In hopes that all the students of HACFLS will have a bright future and realize their dreams on a larger international stage.

农历五月初五，是中国民间的传统节日——端午节，亦是中华民族古老的传统节日之一。过端午节，是中国人二千多年来的传统习惯，如悬挂艾草，游百病，佩香囊，备牲醴,赛龙舟，比武，击球，荡秋千，吃咸蛋、粽子和时令鲜果等。有些活动，如赛龙舟等，已得到新的发展，突破了时间、地域界线，成为了国际性的体育赛事。

值此端午佳节即将到来之际，哈美加外校国际部携全体师生向所有学子及家长朋友们致以最真挚的节日祝福，并希望国际部的学子们能作为传播中华民族传统文化的使者，将中华民族的传统文化与美德向全世界传播，让世界更加了解中国！

　　On the occasion of the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, the International Department of HACFLS together with all teachers and students would like to extend the most sincere holiday greetings to all students and parents. In hope that the students of the International Department can serve as the messengers of traditional Chinese culture to spread the traditional culture and virtues of the Chinese nation to the whole world and let the world understand China better!
